Check-in daily 3 - 7 p.m. at reception; please let us know in advance if you plan to arrive later. Please check out by 11 a.m. - this leaves enough time to prepare the pitch for the next guests.
In the low season, spontaneous arrival is usually sufficient. On public holidays and during the summer holidays, we recommend booking online - your place is then guaranteed.
All motorhome/caravan pitches have 10 A electricity and drinking water close to the pitch. Free high-speed WLAN covers the entire site.
Unfortunately, four-legged friends are not allowed on the pitches and sunbathing areas. Dogs are welcome on the terrace of the Rheingenuss restaurant.
Simply order by 8 pm in the camping app or at reception - fresh bread and croissants will be ready in the restaurant from 8 am the next morning.
Yes, a large Rhine barbecue area with benches and free firewood. Own gas or electric barbecues are also permitted.
The sanitary facilities have a wheelchair-accessible shower/WC, the paths are level and the restaurant offers step-free access.
On site you can pay in cash (CHF / EUR), with TWINT, Maestro, V-Pay and all major credit cards; online bookings by credit/debit card.
Payment can be made in the morning when you pick up your luggage at the restaurant, in cash or by credit card.
Yes, we have bikes for hire, half or full days. Please contact reception if you are interested.
We have CE connections (three-pin plugs).
We will lend you the appropriate adapters or cable reels for a deposit of 30-50 euros. If you need an adapter, please contact reception.
