Terms of contract<\/strong>
These GTCs govern the legal relationship between RheinGenuss GmbH\/Camping Schaffhausen and the visitor\/guest of the campsite. The provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations remain reserved.<\/p>

Authorised user<\/strong>
Pitches and tents can only be rented by adults. Young people can only stay overnight alone on the campsite in exceptional cases. To do so, they require the written consent of their parents when registering, together with the place of residence and telephone number of their legal guardian. As a rule, one adult should be present per pitch and tent site. The pitch may only be used by the tenant, the registered accompanying persons and their visitors. Pitch requests will be honoured as far as possible.<\/p>

Car parks<\/strong>
Campsites pay extra for parking, either at the campsite or in the outdoor car park. The car may drive onto the campsite site for loading and unloading. Cars are not allowed to drive or park on the bathing meadow. Exceptions are only authorised by the site management.<\/p>

School classes<\/strong>
School classes are welcome outside the high season and over the Ascension and Whitsun weekends.

Visitors<\/strong>
These are persons staying on a pitch. They must be registered by the tenant at reception and pay a daily entrance fee.<\/p>

Night's rest<\/strong>
The night's rest between 22:00 and 07:00 must be observed, violations will be penalised.
From 22:00 there is a driving ban for cars and campers\/buses. The same applies to lunchtime from 12:00 to 13:15.<\/p>

Overnight price<\/strong>
This consists of the price for the pitch or tent pitch, electricity and waste, as well as the overnight price per person.<\/p>

Course rules<\/strong>
This applies to all visitors on the tourist pitches 2-22, with a few exceptions: stern or bow to the Rhine, cross parking is only possible on pitches 23 to 37. In the event of heavy and prolonged rain, bikes should be parked on the chippings (paved surface).<\/p>

Absence<\/strong>
In the event of overnight absence, this must be reported to reception in advance, otherwise there is no entitlement to a price reduction.<\/p>

Bicycles<\/strong>
You must get off your bike at the Badi\/reception entrance. Bicycles are not permitted on the restaurant terrace. Tent tourists can take their bikes onto the campsite. Bathing visitors must park their bicycles outside the area.<\/p>

Terms of payment<\/strong>
You guarantee your booking by providing your credit card details. You can pay on site with this or other means of payment. We accept Swiss francs, euros, Postcard, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and Twint. We do not accept Amexco.<\/p>

Depot<\/strong>
A deposit of CHF or Euro 10 for the magnetic reader card (badge) must be paid on arrival.<\/p>

Car park<\/strong>
The car park in front of the main building is reserved exclusively for visitors to the Rheinwiese leisure centre. The parking fees are to be paid by the visitors, the registration of the vehicle licence plate is carried out by the guests. RheinGenuss GmbH \/ Camping Schaffhausen accepts no liability for incorrect parking and incorrect registration.
The car park is subject to charges from 1 May until the end of the bathing season. The boards are covered with plastic when the charges are cancelled.<\/p>

Cancellation conditions<\/strong>
If you cancel your reservation, you undertake to reimburse the following costs:<\/p>

Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation
Up to 7 days before arrival: 50 % of the total price
Up to 2 days before arrival: 80 % of the total price
1 day before arrival or day of arrival: 100 % of the total price
No show, late arrival, early departure: 100 % of the total price<\/p>

An extension of the stay on the same plot is only possible if available.
Guests who check out on the same day can park in the outdoor car park and visit the leisure centre all day without paying an additional daily entrance fee. However, the car park fees must be paid.<\/p>

Arrival and departure<\/strong>
Low season is from 1 April to 30 June\/ and from 1 September to the end of October
Check-In from 13.00-18.30, Check-Out from 07.00-11.00<\/p>

High season: Easter, Ascension, Whitsun, 1 July to 31 August
Check-In from 13.00 to 21:30.00, Check-Out from 07.00 - 11.00<\/p>

Miscellaneous<\/strong>
Dogs \/ pets are not permitted on the entire campsite and bathing meadow area.
The only exceptions are guide or assistance dogs. Dogs are welcome on the restaurant terrace and in the restaurant, but must always be kept on a lead.<\/p>

For dog owners we offer the possibility to book overnight stays in the outdoor car park.<\/p>
